# Health Hax

> Health Hax is a wellness, recovery, and longevity studio in Mooresville, NC, serving the greater Lake Norman area (Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, and Troutman). It brings 22 wellness and recovery modalities under one roof, including IV hydration therapy, whole-body and localized cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen, Ballancer Pro lymphatic drainage, compression, and PEMF. Sessions are guided by wellness coordinators, and IV therapy is administered by a registered nurse (RN) under the oversight of a Nurse Practitioner.
