What if I am late to my appointment or fail to show up for my appointment?
If you are running late, please keep in mind that we have a grace period of 15 minutes. You will automatically forfeit your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. We do allow one free cancellation, if you fail to show up for your appointment after your first accepted cancellation you will be charged our “No – Show” fee equal to the 70% retail value for a single service session.
How long do I have to use my package?
Can I share my package or membership with someone?
All packages and memberships at Health Hax are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual package holder or member. Additional guests may join your session for an added cost. Please view our pricing page for more information
How many services can I take in one day?
Some modalities are only allowed to be used once per day. These include Cryotherapy, HBOT and IV/Hydration. The ARX is recommended for once per day but could be used more at the customer’s discretion. Other modalities may be used more than once per day
I left an item at your studio. Do you have a lost and found?
We kindly ask our guests to keep track of their belongings while visiting Health Hax. To make that easier we have lockers available for use while you are at Health Hax. If you do happen to leave something behind, you may check with our front desk or management and see if someone has brought it to us for the lost and found.
How do I purchase Membership?
Memberships can be purchased at The Health Hax studio and on our website. Membership offerings and pricing may vary, please refer to the pricing page on our website for more details or call and speak with our team.
How do I cancel my Membership?
Members may cancel their recurring Membership at any time by providing Health Hax with a 30-day written notice stating their desire to cancel. This notice can be submitted via email or in person. When a member cancels, their Agreement remains in effect until the end of their then-current billing cycle.
How often is the cold plunge and sauna cleaned?
Cold Plunge – THE FILTRATION SYSTEM RUNS AT LEAST 6-8 HOURS A DAY. THIS HELPS FILTER OUT CONTAMINANTS AND KEEPS THE WATER CLEAN. As well as wiping down and sanitizing surfaces between guests.
Saunas are cleaned using strong multi-surface disinfectant cleaner after each session Benches, floors, glass, and high touch areas are also cleaned after each session! Saunas and all equipment receive a deep clean weekly.

What is a cold plunge tub?
A cold plunge tub is a specialized tub designed for immersion in cold water. It is used for cold water therapy, otherwise known as cold plunging. When used after sauna it’s considered contrast therapy.
What type of saunas do you have?
What order should I use the modalities in?
You can use the modalities in any order you’d like. However, according to Dr. Susanna Soberg, the Soberg Principle to maximize the physiological benefits of contrast therapy it is recommended to finish with cold exposure.
Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes! If you are a member, you can bring 1 guest with you to try out 2 free modalities on us! Excluding HBOT, Body balancer Pro spray tan or IV hydration (1st time guest only). Please speak with our team with any questions
What should I wear while I'm in the sauna and cold plunge?
You can wear whatever you would like in the sauna – we have towels available for you to use as well as robes and snap-on towel wraps. For the cold plunge, we advise wearing a swimsuit or spandex shorts while plunging. For an additional fee you can get our private room with cold plunge and sauna.
