02What are your hours?
We open early most mornings, with extended evening hours midweek and Saturday hours too, and we are closed on Sundays. You will find the current schedule in the location section below and in the footer of every page.
03Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Appointments are recommended so your service and a coordinator are ready for you, and same-day slots are often available. You can book online any time or call us at (704) 660-0070.
04What should I expect on my first visit?
A wellness coordinator greets you, asks a few quick questions about your goals, and walks you through whatever you booked. If you are not sure where to start, they will suggest a session or pair a couple together. There is no pressure and no medical claims, just a routine that fits you.
05How do I book my first visit?
You can book online anytime or call (704) 660-0070. If you are new, build a quick protocol on our site or ask a wellness coordinator to recommend a starting point.

02How much do services cost?
Drop-in pricing varies by service, and members pay less on most of them. If you visit regularly, a membership usually costs less than paying per visit. See our memberships page for current rates and what each tier includes.
IV hydration & shots.
If we missed your question, call us at (704) 660-0070 or email info@thehealthhax.com. A real person answers during studio hours.
01What is IV therapy?
IV (intravenous) therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and minerals directly into your bloodstream through a small IV line, so your body can use them right away instead of waiting on digestion. At Health Hax in Mooresville, each drip is built around a goal like hydration, energy, recovery, immunity, or beauty.
02Is IV therapy at Health Hax medically supervised?
Yes. IV drips and IM shots are administered by a licensed registered nurse (RN) under the oversight of our Nurse Practitioner, who reviews each drip. Please tell us about any health conditions or medications when you book.
03How long does an IV therapy session take?
Most drips take about 30 to 45 minutes in one of our leather IV chairs. IM shots are faster, usually under ten minutes.
Recovery, cryotherapy & care.
If we missed your question, call us at (704) 660-0070 or email info@thehealthhax.com. A real person answers during studio hours.
01What is whole-body cryotherapy?
Whole-body cryotherapy is a short session, about three minutes, in a chamber cooled by nitrogen vapor to well below freezing. Many people use it to feel refreshed and support recovery. At Health Hax in Mooresville, a coordinator stays with you the whole time.
02What is the difference between whole-body and localized cryotherapy?
Whole-body cryotherapy cools your entire body for a few minutes in a standing chamber. Localized cryotherapy directs cold air at one specific area, like a knee or shoulder. Many people use whole-body for an overall reset and localized to focus on a single spot.
03Is there anything I should check before booking?
If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication, let us know when you book. Some services have a quick suitability check, and our team, with clinical staff reviewing anything IV-related, will go over it with you first. This is general wellness information, not medical advice.
Wellness, with care
Health Hax is a wellness and recovery studio. Our sessions are designed to support recovery, energy, and everyday wellbeing, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any disease. Some services may require an intake form, eligibility screening, or professional oversight, so please complete the booking and intake process before your visit and let us know about any health conditions or medications when you arrive.
If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether a service is right for you, please talk with your physician first. A wellness coordinator is always happy to help you choose a starting point.
