Experience

I’ve been practicing as a nurse practitioner for two years and was previously a registered nurse for eight years. My background as a nurse practitioner includes medical weight loss, and I also have experience in health and wellness, aesthetic medicine, and patient education.

What I’m passionate about

What I enjoy most about being an NP is getting to know my patients and helping them take a proactive approach to their health. I’m especially passionate about wellness, prevention, and helping patients find realistic, individualized ways to feel their best and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my dogs, family, and friends, working out, and being on the lake.

At Health Hax

I love that Health Hax gives me the opportunity to combine my clinical background with my interest in wellness and preventative care. My goal is for patients to feel comfortable asking questions, understand their options, and feel supported in reaching their health goals.

Experience

I’ve been a nurse for six years and a family nurse practitioner for one year, working in primary care and integrative medicine.

What I’m passionate about

What I love most about this work is partnering with patients to create personalized, proactive care plans that honor both science and the body’s natural ability to heal. Combining evidence-based medicine with integrative therapies, movement, and lifestyle strategies allows patients to feel stronger, more resilient, and empowered in their health. My personal passion for running and spinning shapes how I think about injury prevention, recovery, and long-term vitality.

Outside of work

I have two children, Jack and Josie. I look forward to spending time together and creating memories with them. I love to work out and hope to get back into running after a few years off. My goal is to run another marathon within the next few years!

Clear guidance from the moment you arrive at Health Hax
Your First Visit

Clear guidance from the moment you arrive

You do not need to understand every device before booking. Choose the session that interests you, or ask a wellness coordinator for a straightforward place to start.

  • Book online at any time or call the studio during business hours
  • A coordinator greets you and asks a few practical questions about your goals
  • The team explains the equipment, session steps, and what to wear
  • You can try a single session before considering a recurring routine

The goal of a first visit is simple: understand what you booked, feel comfortable using it, and leave knowing what your options are.

The right level of oversight for each service at Health Hax
Care & Safety

The right level of oversight for each service

Each service page explains the practical safety considerations for that modality. Share relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other concerns before your visit so the team can determine whether a service is appropriate.

  • IV drips and IM shots are administered by a licensed RN under Nurse Practitioner oversight
  • A coordinator stays with you throughout a whole-body cryotherapy session
  • Protective equipment and preparation instructions are provided where required
  • Medical conditions and post-procedure use may require clearance from your physician

Most Health Hax modalities are general wellness services, not treatments for a diagnosed condition or substitutes for medical care.

Welcome to your new home for wellness.
