A Mooresville studio that brings guided wellness, recovery, exercise, and clinically supervised IV services under one roof.
A local studio built to make starting simpler.
Health Hax gives the Lake Norman community one place to explore a wide range of wellness and recovery modalities, with clear information and a team available to guide each visit.
We have a simple motto: Revive. Restore. Renew. Repeat.
- Revive
- Choose the kind of visit you want today: active, quiet, warm, cold, or clinically supervised.
- Restore
- Explore equipment such as infrared sauna, cryotherapy, red light, compression, and guided exercise.
- Renew
- Start with a single session, learn how it feels, and ask a coordinator any questions along the way.
- Repeat
- Return at a pace that fits your schedule, using drop-in pricing or a membership if you visit regularly.
Welcome to Health Hax, your new home for wellness.
Twenty-two modalities, one Mooresville address
Founded by Jeannie Radcliff, Health Hax is a 4,000-square-foot wellness and recovery studio at 108 Gateway Blvd, Suite 209. It brings guided equipment-based sessions, exercise modalities, and clinically supervised IV services together under one roof.
- Drop-in sessions are available; a membership is not required
- Current session lengths, preparation notes, and pricing are published online
- The studio serves Mooresville and the greater Lake Norman area
- Modalities range from sauna, cold plunge, and compression to ARX and CAROL bikes
You can start with one service, see how the experience fits, and keep your routine as simple as you want it to be.
Clear guidance from the moment you arrive
You do not need to understand every device before booking. Choose the session that interests you, or ask a wellness coordinator for a straightforward place to start.
- Book online at any time or call the studio during business hours
- A coordinator greets you and asks a few practical questions about your goals
- The team explains the equipment, session steps, and what to wear
- You can try a single session before considering a recurring routine
The goal of a first visit is simple: understand what you booked, feel comfortable using it, and leave knowing what your options are.
The right level of oversight for each service
Each service page explains the practical safety considerations for that modality. Share relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or other concerns before your visit so the team can determine whether a service is appropriate.
- IV drips and IM shots are administered by a licensed RN under Nurse Practitioner oversight
- A coordinator stays with you throughout a whole-body cryotherapy session
- Protective equipment and preparation instructions are provided where required
- Medical conditions and post-procedure use may require clearance from your physician
Most Health Hax modalities are general wellness services, not treatments for a diagnosed condition or substitutes for medical care.
