01 What's the commitment?
Three months minimum, then month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime after the initial commitment by contacting our front desk.
02 Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. Upgrade anytime; downgrade at the end of any billing cycle. Most members start at Base and upgrade after their first month once they know which modalities they gravitate toward.
03 Do membership sessions roll over if I don't use them?
All three tiers are unlimited for included modalities, so there's nothing to roll over. Use the studio as often as you'd like during your membership month.
04 Can I add a spouse or child?
Yes. Add a spouse or dependent child for $99/month additional. They get full access to whichever tier you carry.
05 Are IV therapy and shots included?
IV drips and IM shots are not included in the unlimited memberships, but members save 20% on every IV and shot. If IV is your primary focus, we offer three IV memberships: IV Base ($99/mo), IV Boost ($199/mo), and IV Peak ($339/mo), each bundling monthly drips and shots. 06 What's NOT included?
IV therapy, NAD+/Niagen, spray tans (Base only), and a few specialized add-on services. Your tier card lists every included modality.
