How we create Health Hax guides.

Our resources are written to answer the questions people ask before and after a visit. Here is how we keep those answers practical, transparent, and responsible.

Who creates the content

Health Hax publishes its guides as an organization. The writing is informed by first-hand experience operating our Mooresville wellness and recovery studio, answering guest questions, and working with the equipment and services described. A link to this policy appears on every resource article so readers can understand who is responsible for the information.

How we research

We favor primary research, systematic reviews, and authoritative public-health sources such as PubMed, the National Institutes of Health, MedlinePlus, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Relevant references appear at the end of each guide. We distinguish established facts from early or mixed evidence and avoid presenting a wellness service as a cure or guaranteed outcome.

Medical information and safety

Our articles provide general education, not diagnosis or medical advice. Some services require intake, eligibility screening, or clinical oversight. A web article cannot determine whether a service is appropriate for an individual, so readers should share relevant conditions and medications during the private intake process and consult their physician when appropriate.

Updates and corrections

We update a guide when the service, safety guidance, pricing, or evidence changes materially. Published and updated dates are shown on the article when applicable. If you find an error, email info@thehealthhax.com with the page URL and the detail that needs review. We investigate corrections promptly and make material changes visible through the updated date.

Commercial transparency

Health Hax offers the services discussed on this site. Resource articles may link to a related service page or booking option, but sources are selected for relevance, not because they support a sale. We do not accept paid placements in our editorial guides.
