ARX A.I. Workout
Maximum stimulus, minimum time. An entire strength workout in under fifteen minutes.
ARX (Adaptive Resistance Exercise) is the technology that finally solved the strength-training problem: how do you give every rep the perfect amount of resistance? A computer-controlled motor adapts in real time to the force you apply, meaning every rep is maximally productive, both in the concentric and the eccentric phase.
The session is short because the stimulus is complete. Three movements, two sets each, twelve minutes total. The data printout shows you exactly what you did.
Who it's for
Everyday people who want a real strength workout without spending an hour at the gym. Most of our ARX clients are regular folks, not pros. Anyone returning from injury who needs precisely-controlled resistance. Athletes adding a maximal-effort strength session to their week.
What to expect
A wellness coordinator will walk you through your first session. ARX uses adaptive computer-controlled resistance: the machine measures the force you apply and matches it perfectly through each rep. There's no spotting, no warmup with light weights, no wasted time. Twelve focused minutes leaves you wrecked in the best way.
Before you come in
- Stay hydrated the day before, and skip a heavy meal right before your session.
- Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.
- We provide filtered water, but bring a refillable bottle if you'd like.
- Plan on one ARX session a week. The stimulus runs deep enough that your body needs the recovery time between sessions.
