Power Plate at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC
Power Plate

Power Plate

Tri-planar vibration with guided holds and movements.

Power Plate moves in three planes—vertical, horizontal, and lateral—while you hold a position or perform a guided movement. The vibration setting, exercise selection, and amount of support can be adjusted for each visit.

Use it on its own or add a short session before or after ARX or a bike ride. Health Hax does not present the platform as a treatment for osteoporosis, an injury, poor circulation, or another medical condition.

Who it's for

Adults curious about vibration-based exercise as a warmup, cooldown, or standalone movement session. Tell the coordinator about balance concerns, injuries, implants, pregnancy, or exercise restrictions before using the platform.

What to expect

You'll step onto the Power Plate platform and follow a wellness coordinator through a series of holds and movements such as squats, planks, and simple stretches. Some clients use one of the machine's preset programs instead. The coordinator can adjust the movements, vibration setting, and use of supports.

Before you come in

  • Stay hydrated the day before, and skip a heavy meal right before your session.
  • Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.
  • We provide filtered water, but bring a refillable bottle if you'd like.
  • Ask a coordinator how the platform fits alongside your other exercise sessions.

You'll get the full prep rundown by email when you book.
