CAROL Bike at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC
CAROL

CAROL Bike

Eight minutes. Two ten-second sprints. A guided, data-tracked ride.

CAROL (Cardiovascular Optimization Logic) uses two ten-second all-out sprints inside an eight-minute total ride. Its programming draws on Reduced Exertion High-Intensity Interval Training (REHIT), while the bike calibrates resistance and records power for each ride.

The session is brief, but the sprints are intentionally demanding. A coordinator explains the sequence and helps you review the ride data afterward.

Who it's for

Adults who want a short, structured stationary-bike session. The ride includes two all-out sprints, so tell the coordinator about exercise restrictions and ask your clinician before booking if high-intensity exercise may not be appropriate for you.

What to expect

The CAROL bike's onboard AI calibrates resistance to your fitness level on the first ride. Each session is structured: a warmup, two ten-second sprints with recovery between, and a cooldown. You'll be off the bike in eight minutes. The bike records each ride so you can compare your data over time.

Before you come in

  • Stay hydrated the day before, and skip a heavy meal right before your ride.
  • Wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.
  • We provide filtered water, but bring a refillable bottle if you'd like.
  • Ask a coordinator how often this high-intensity session fits your exercise plan.

You'll get the full prep rundown by email when you book.
