CAROL Bike

Eight minutes. Two twenty-second sprints. VO₂ max gains backed by published research.

CAROL (Cardiovascular Optimization Logic) uses two ten-second all-out sprints inside an eight-minute total ride. The protocol is based on REHIT (Reduced Exertion High-Intensity Interval Training), a research-backed methodology shown to improve VO₂ max more efficiently than traditional cardio.

It’s the rare wellness modality with peer-reviewed data behind it. The bike measures, adjusts, and graphs each ride so you can see what improved.

Who it's for

Anyone who has wanted the cardiovascular benefits of HIIT without the time investment or the joint impact. Time-poor executives. Athletes adding a short cardiac stimulus to a strength-focused week.

What to expect

The CAROL bike's onboard AI calibrates resistance to your fitness level on the first ride. Each session is structured: a warmup, two ten-second sprints with recovery between, and a cooldown. You'll be off the bike in eight minutes. The published research on the protocol is genuinely interesting. Ask us about it.

Before you come in

  • Stay hydrated the day before, and skip a heavy meal right before your ride.

  • We provide filtered water, but bring a refillable bottle if you'd like.
