HaloRed Salt Therapy at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC
Halotherapy

HaloRed Salt Therapy

Dry salt aerosol and red light in one quiet, seated session.

Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, uses a halogenerator to disperse a fine dry salt aerosol through the room. The HaloRed room pairs that equipment with overhead red light panels during the same seated session.

Research on halotherapy for specific symptoms and conditions remains limited, so Health Hax does not present HaloRed as medical treatment. A coordinator can explain the equipment, protective eyewear, and what the 30-minute session feels like.

Who it's for

Adults curious about halotherapy or red light who want thirty minutes of stillness. HaloRed is a general wellness experience, not a treatment for allergies, asthma, respiratory illness, a skin condition, or a sleep disorder.

What to expect

Step into the HaloRed room, settle into a zero-gravity chair, and breathe normally. A halogenerator disperses a pharmaceutical-grade dry salt aerosol through the air while red light panels operate overhead. Wear the eye protection provided and let the coordinator know about respiratory or skin conditions before your session.

HaloRed Salt Therapy is one of 22 wellness and recovery modalities at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC, serving the greater Lake Norman area including Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville. Explore Recovery & Cryotherapy and Longevity & Wellness, or browse all modalities.
