Infrared Sauna
Deep heat that reaches the cellular level.
Unlike traditional saunas that primarily heat the air around you, infrared saunas use radiant heat that warms the body more directly. The cabin runs at a lower air temperature than many traditional saunas, so the heat often feels gradual and approachable.
Sunlighten units use near-, mid-, and far-infrared settings. A coordinator can explain the available programs and help you choose a comfortable starting temperature and session length.
Who it's for
Anyone winding down from a high-stress week. Athletes between training days. Clients working on detoxification and recovery.
What to expect
You'll hydrate well in advance, change into something comfortable, and step into the Sunlighten cabin. The heat builds gradually, far less intense than a traditional Finnish sauna. Bring water, a towel, and a book if you'd like. You'll sweat profusely; that's the point.
