Cold Plunge
Cold water, controlled. The original recovery hack.
Cold water immersion is the oldest hack in the wellness world for a reason. The physiological cascade is immediate and powerful. The shock of cold triggers a controlled stress response: catecholamines flood the system, vasoconstriction reduces inflammation, and the post-plunge re-warming flushes tissue with fresh blood.
The mental effects are equally real. After your first full session, the rest of the day’s stresses tend to feel smaller.
Who it's for
Athletes and weekend warriors after hard training. Anyone working on stress resilience or mood. Pair with the steam room or infrared sauna for a contrast protocol that's been used for thousands of years.
What to expect
You'll change into shorts (and a top if you'd like), step into the Chilly Goat unit, and lower yourself into roughly 38–45°F water. The first thirty seconds are the hardest: breath slows, mind sharpens. Three to six minutes is the sweet spot. We'll talk you through your first plunge.
