NAD+ IV Therapy
A clinically supervised NAD+ option with transparent dosing, timing, and pricing.
Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and other normal cell processes. NAD biology is an active area of research, but evidence for commercial IV NAD+ protocols remains limited and should not be confused with proof that an infusion treats aging, fatigue, or disease.
IV delivery differs from oral precursors, and it can also be an intense, slow infusion. Every Health Hax session begins with clinical consultation, and the drip rate is adjusted for comfort. Read our evidence-aware comparison of NAD+ IV and Niagen IV before you decide.
Pricing. 100mg IM shot: $175 single, $600 four-pack. 250mg IV: $250 single, $850 four-pack. 500mg IV: $500 single, $1,700 four-pack.
Who it's for
Adults curious about NAD+ who want to discuss the limited and evolving evidence with a clinical professional before deciding whether an IM or IV option fits their goals. This is not a treatment for fatigue or disease.
What to expect
After a brief consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, you'll settle into an IV chair. NAD+ infusions go slowly, since slower drip rates feel better than fast ones. Plan for anywhere from ninety minutes to four hours depending on your dose, and every infusion is followed by a replenishing IV drip to support recovery and minimize fatigue.
