Whole-Body Cryotherapy at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC
Cryoniq

Whole-Body Cryotherapy

Three minutes at −165°F. The only whole-body cryo chamber in Mooresville.

Whole-body cryotherapy briefly exposes your skin to ultra-cold air (starting around minus one hundred sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit), triggering a vasoconstriction response. When you step out and your body re-warms, oxygen-rich blood floods your tissues. The result is the same downstream cascade you’d get from an ice bath, in a tenth of the time and without the dread.

We use the Cryoniq nitrogen chamber, which can reach minus two hundred sixty degrees. Your coordinator sets the temperature for your experience level and stays with you from the moment you step in to the moment you step out.

Who it's for

Athletes after hard sessions. High performers fighting fog. Anyone managing chronic inflammation. The cryo chamber is intense, brief, and oddly addictive: three minutes that change how the rest of your day feels.

What to expect

You'll change into dry undergarments with no metal; we provide mittens, socks, and slippers. Most sessions start around −165°F, and the chamber can go as low as −260°F as you build experience. A wellness coordinator stays with you the entire session. Most clients walk out feeling alert, light, and faintly euphoric.

Whole-Body Cryotherapy is one of seventeen wellness and recovery modalities at Health Hax in Mooresville, NC, serving the greater Lake Norman area including Davidson, Cornelius, and Huntersville. Explore Recovery & Cryotherapy and Longevity & Wellness, or browse all modalities.
